You’ll be staying in someone else’s home, so treat it with care and respect.

– We value silence. Out of respect for the space, please avoid loud noise and music, especially at night. There is another apartment on the floor below the building; please minimize any noise, tone of voice, and music. If necessary, close the windows.
Minimum age:
– We are located in a mountainous jungle area, with uneven terrain and varied wildlife, so we require a minimum age of 6 for guests.
Ability:
– The cabin is ideally designed for four people, but its size allows for one or two more guests to stay in hammocks, a canvas bed, or a mattress on the floor.
– The house is ideal for a couple or a group of four, but a child can be accommodated.
Environmental recommendations:
– It’s very important to manage and conserve water properly.
– Manage waste properly (for cleanliness and to avoid attracting wildlife).

Safety Considerations:
– Not suitable for children or infants: “We recommend ages 6 and up. The cabin is in the middle of a tropical forest. Therefore, the fauna, flora, quality of the trails, uneven terrain, and other conditions may pose a problem for little ones.”
– Elevated areas without railings or other protection: The cabin is located in the mountains, where there are some uneven terrain.
– Near a lake, river, or other body of water: The river is about a 10-minute walk away. You can visit freely. There are times of the year when the water levels rise due to rain, which can be dangerous.

– There is no carbon monoxide alarm.
– There is no smoke alarm.

– Stairs are required: There is a small staircase to reach the front door of the house.
Confirmation and Cancellation Policy:

We’re located about a 15-minute walk from Minca’s main bridge, across from the police station. You can get there on foot, by motorbike, or in a vehicle suitable for dirt roads.
